Holistic Therapy

‘Holistic’ comes from the Greek word holos, meaning ‘whole’. A holistic therapist will look for the underlying cause by considering current physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of health and well being, rather than just the symptoms. It works on the basis that all our imbalances, mental, emotional and physical start in our energetic body, manifesting as illness or stress / anxiety if left untreated.  Holistic Therapies work to restore the body’s natural energetic balance, leading to a more peaceful state, and the uncovering of your potential.

These therapies have been used by different cultures and countries for centuries. Thankfully now the scientific community is now recognizing the importance they play in maintaining good health and overall wellbeing.
